Swiss' Rose (MMDxAPH)

I've been having a hell of a time trying to find a good title for this one. here, I think France gave Switzerland some love training (leave it to the imagination.) And I guess he's just trying to practice a little as he was waking up from a small nap but finds a rose in his hand. (who put that there?  France? Or Japan? Or Liechtenstein?). I know it's rather OOC, but I was in a mood for Switzerland resting right?
